As Senior Director of Engineering - Marketing at Cro Metrics, you'll oversee Engineering & QA, ensuring impactful results for our client portfolio. Your key responsibility will be to drive client success through leadership of ENG and QA team members with a diverse skill set across various client environments. A pivotal aspect of your role will be to serve as the lead technical expert, collaborating with client service leaders to optimize our tech-enabled services and devise technical strategies for future growth.
Team Leadership & Client Success:
- Lead the engineering function to enable execution and growth across Design + Build and Conversion Rate Optimization service lines
- Be a trusted internal and external partner for effectively solving complex problems
- Develop people leaders so they can best support, facilitate, and enable their team to successfully manage client engagements
- Proactively manages P&L/staffing/costs/resourcing for the delivery team
- Participates as an active member of our senior leadership team to solve org-wide problems
Client Leadership & Offering Development:
- Owns and effectively influences senior client team relationships
- Strategically collaborating with client leads in the technical design of programs that meet client objectives
- Lead the evolution of an engineering operating environment which effectively drives growth in existing and new business lines
- Anticipate trends and shifting business needs; developing and evolving the capabilities of the engineering team to meet those needs
What You'll Need To Be Successful:
- 8+ years of experience leading engineering teams including developing leaders
- Experience working in professional services, specifically serving and thriving in a client-facing capacity is strongly preferred
- Driven to always learn with proven experience applying those learnings into business solutions with impact
- Proven ability to scale a growing engineering organization in a fast paced, tech-enabled environment
- Working knowledge of digital marketing experimentation, personalization
- Proven ability to build relationships with and influence all levels of an organization internally and externally in a changing environment
- Motivating team player who inspires excitement and unity within the delivery team and organization for team achievements
- Experience analyzing digital business data to inform decisions and plan strategically
- Proven success working cross-functionally in a highly collaborative, remote environment

Compensation: $150k+ plus benefits.
