- Lead creative concepting for the Foot Locker brands focusing on visual disciplines: design, photography, video and social.
- Manage multiple project timelines and workflow, and plan and organize resources
- Effectively adapt creative concepts across multiple channels, including in-store elements, eCommerce, social media, email and others
- Manage eCommerce photography process, including product detail pages
- Frequently leverage consumer insights to inform relevance and consistency
- Regularly identify and report on visual and marketing trends and make recommendations on evolution and optimization
- Understand and apply the roles of creative planning to define and measure impactful visual creative
- BA/BS (or equivalent degree) in communications, with a concentration in creative direction, or marketing/advertising
- A minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience (creative industries); agency experience is a plus
- Demonstrates the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing requirements
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing brand requirements
- Thrives under pressure and possesses a strong collaborative spirit
- Proficiency in the latest versions of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of Digital Asset Management tools such as AEM Assets or similar
- A strong understanding of social media and mobile-first design trends
