We are seeking a Sr Client Service Associatein our Great Neck, NY office to serve as the liaison between the client/prospect and the Financial Advisors. You will work with all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork and financial account review preparation. A key function of this role is administrative support including on-site reception to provide Client Service that exceeds our client's expectations.
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
The wage target for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 / year inclusive of base salary plus team-based bonus opportunity

Primary Job Functions
- Support Financial Advisors and their clients through the Client Service model
- Facilitate new account set up at the custodial level, follow up on fund transfers
- Respond to and resolve client requests; complete necessary financial paperwork to execute client recommendations, change beneficiaries, establish trusts, etc.
- Ensure accurate completion of prospect / new client paperwork / set up
- Maintain CRM database and client files including filing, copies and data input
- Research and follow up on any issues with the custodian, operations or vendors
- Record incoming assets to appropriate blotting tool
- Provide administrative support including reception and general office work
- Participate in WEG trainings, educational events, coaching programs and vendor presentations to ensure up-to-date industry, product and company knowledge
Education/Qualifications
- High School Diploma; 4-year degree preferred
- 2-5 years industry experience with a financial advisory firm
- Possess working knowledge of financial industry terminology
- Professional presence; Service oriented; Positive attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required to develop team and client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and process; Prioritizes completing accurate work
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Outlook
- Salesforce, Tamarac and Orion software knowledge a plus
- Work experience with Schwab, Ameritrade, Pershing and/or Fidelity a plus
- Good problem-solving skills; Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Work is 100% in the Advisor office, located in Great Neck, NY
