Job Description: Manager, Catering Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Catering Manager to join our team. As a Senior Catering Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our catering operations, including sales, customer service, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong account management background and excellent sales and negotiation skills. Catering Sales Manager will find catering opportunities, including office lunches, office events, private catering (weddings, engagements, and other celebrations), conferences, and other events, using personal networks and marketing campaign-based leads.
Responsibilities
· Ideal candidate should have great communication skills, including writing polished emails and prior experience in a catering sale role.
· You would be required to personally visit clients and represent the company in Sales, trade events, and other food-related promotional events.
· You should understand client requirements and work with the team to ensure that the right packages and offers are created and made available.
· Determine the event’s needs, document all the requirements, prepare quotes and ensure closure on a lead. Provide event details, requirements, and any special requests to kitchen.
· Meet sales targets for each month and quarter.
Qualifications:
· Prior sales experience, either hotel, event, or Catering Sales, is a must.
· Minimum two years of sales experience is required.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close new business.
· Knowledge of CRM, Email Marketing, or use of technology is a plus
· Strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills.
Work from home is allowed but you will need to frequently make onsite client visits, present at the event location. Work schedule is flexible and may include working on holidays and weekends, but not always.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
