**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a High-End Catering Staff Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of high-quality catering services for our discerning clientele. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering impeccable service in the hospitality industry.

It's important to note that this position is not an event planner or coordinator role, but rather a key leadership position focused on managing and enhancing the performance of our catering staff to deliver unparalleled service.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Staff Management:**

- Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff, ensuring they embody the high standards of professionalism and service excellence expected by our clients.

- Schedule and allocate staff effectively for events, considering skill levels, availability, and event requirements.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and efficiency.

2. **Event Coordination:**

- Plan and coordinate all staffing needs for events, including captains, servers, and bartenders,, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to budget constraints.

- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all front-of-house staff members adhere to company policies and maintain a professional demeanor throughout.

3. **Quality Control:**

- Maintain high standards of service quality and presentation, consistently exceeding client expectations.

- Conduct regular inspections of service areas, equipment, and staff appearance to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene standards.

- Address any issues or concerns promptly, implementing corrective actions and preventative measures to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.

4. **Administrative Duties:**

- Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and expense tracking efficiently and accurately.

- Prepare reports on staffing metrics, event performance, and client feedback for management review and strategic planning purposes.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a high-end catering or events environment.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and vendors.

- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in catering operations.

- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Google suites.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

**Education:**

A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
