This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You have a background in fashion accessories Product Development. You are excited to be a part of a dynamic, creative environment and love building aesthetically and quality authentic product while achieving financial goals.
A Day in the Life:
The typical day is... atypical. You might be tracking samples, performing PLM maintenance by adding materials and spec details, communicating with factories, or maintaining the calendar to ensure timely turnover of development. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team across design, raw materials, and merchandising who share your passion for excellence... and beautiful product!
To Land This Role:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent life experience
• Minimum 4+ years in fashion accessories Product Development or sourcing
• Candidate should:
  • Be able to manage work independently
  • Manage juggling multiple deadlines and a busy annual calendar
  • Prioritize work independently based on deadlines
  • Establish strong cross-functional relationships
  • Think outside the box to be able to find creative solutions to move forward
  • Have strong Excel skills
  • Go the extra mile to get the work done
  • Understand design aesthetic
  • Understand handbag and SLGs construction

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 80,000.00 USD - 95,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
