JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building seasonal collections in software systems
- Work closely with designer, sample room manager, and fabric team in compiling all style information needed to build/cost seasonal collection: line lists, fabric yields, trims, labor times, care instructions, style details, sample images, fabric and trim costs, etc.
- Create style #s and build new products in company database.
- Work with Designer and sales team in costing the collection – presenting to designer during development process to ensure all costing is aligned.
- Enter BOMs into company database for all seasonal styles, cross referencing Y&L, fabric charts, and costing files.
- Enter negotiated labor prices and purchase prices into software systems.
- Maintain company database up to date with the most important information possible to help any department find relevant information on a style level.
- Seasonal reports, line management
- Review seasonal calendar with CFO and sales team.
- Work with graphics team in creating seasonal style grid used by sales team for seasonal markets.
- Prepare information for seasonal JOOR line sheets to include all style information and labeling all style images received from graphics team.
- Build seasonal merchandising document after market campaigns to review sales performance by accounts & determine dropped styles, updating all systems and teams accordingly.
- Assist CFO in entering CUT POs for seasonal merchandise.
- Generate and send seasonal UPC exports to ecom team for web upload.
- Build domestic pricing file for seasonal cost negotiation, comparing historical pricing against calculated.
- Samples management
- Create receiving tickets, pick tickets, and labels to track original samples, duplicates, drops, TOPs, and returning stock moving in and out of New Jersey warehouse.
- Create production tracking document for production manager and pattern maker to use when sending patterns & original samples to factories / tracking production progress.
- Order samples from New Jersey warehouse for production based on production calendar and seasonal deliveries.
- Work with sample room to send back TOPs received from factories and original sample returns to warehouse for storage.
