A Typical Day
The Sr IAM Analyst role is responsible for supporting IAM platforms and technology. Primarily, this role is tasked with supporting the applications, platforms, and integrations of key IAM tools, specifically CyberArk. This role will work closely with the IAM Governance; Compliance, Information Security Governance, and business teams within Pennymac to achieve their objectives successfully.
The Sr IAM Analyst will:

• Support, maintain, and continuously improve IAM applications including, but not limited to,
  CyberArk
• Successfully execute technology changes aligned with company policy (Change policy, SDLC,
  etc.)
• Work with team members and business stakeholders to identify new ways to provide value with
  existing tools and toolsets
• Provide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders as needed
• Assist in the onboarding and/or uplift of applications/systems specific to Identity & Access Management

What You'll Bring

• Experience administering/supporting CyberArk in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of Active Directory and/or other identity providers
• Experience with Role Based Access (RBAC) and principles of least privilege
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ServiceNow a plus

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

• Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
• Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
• Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

$68,000 - $115,000
