Responsibilities: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of our organization. Reporting directly to C- Level Executives you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Qualifying Experience:
Undertake the responsibilities of the Senior Accountant role with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to accounting principles.
Customer Prepayment Schedule (CPP) Program:
Demonstrate significant experience and proficiency in handling Customer Prepayment Schedule or CPP programs, particularly in managing deferred payment programs.
Quickbooks Online:
Possess Quickbooks Online experience, as it will be considered a significant advantage in fulfilling the responsibilities of the role. However, it is not a mandatory requirement.
Financial Reconciliations:
Reformat reconciliations to meet organizational standards, ensuring precision and clarity in financial reporting.
Documentation of Processes and Procedures:
Document existing accounting processes and procedures, and contribute to the development of improved workflows for enhanced efficiency.
Excel Expertise:
Utilize advanced Excel skills to the maximum potential, employing data analysis and spreadsheet management capabilities to support various financial tasks and reporting requirements.
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, showcasing a strong track record of successful financial management.
In-depth knowledge of Customer Prepayment Schedule (CPP) programs and deferred payment processes.
Familiarity with Quickbooks Online is highly desirable.
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform complex data analysis and reporting tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and integrity in financial records.
