FDHAero is a leading global distributor of aerospace parts and materials to the OEM and Aftermarket segments. Our business is built on relationships with key suppliers and focused on providing exceptional customer service.
FDH Aero is looking for a Sr. Account Manager who will be responsible for driving sales revenue and market share growth for FDH. This individual will focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies that will drive revenue and market share growth
- Participate in industry events to build brand awareness, network with customers and suppliers, and gain market insights
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and track sales performance against targets
- Collaborate with internal teams on product development, pricing, and other initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to customers and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to the team
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in aerospace distribution or related industry
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually
