Bloom Partners has been engaged by a Commercial Landscape company in the Milwaukee, WI market to recruit and hire a customer-facing Sr. Account Manager to join their landscape maintenance team.
Reporting directly to the Owner, the Account Manager will have full ownership of a portfolio as the single source of accountability. The ideal candidate will have successful experience in front of customers, a thorough understanding of the commercial landscaping industry, and a willingness to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your portfolio to ensure that your customers are always taken care of.
- Consistently work as a team with your fellow Account Managers to share industry knowledge and resources.
- Identify and communicate resources needed to complete tasks at all levels (crew, customer, individual).
- Execute detailed quality audits with customers to identify and provide enhancement and/or quality opportunities on a property then communicate execution to the crews.
- Promote and advocate standards to consistently have a positive team environment internally and externally.
- Help software and technology implementation and improve processes and enhance data reporting. Inspire and educate teammates to ensure a high level of adoption of new systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: 2+ years prior work experience in commercial landscaping as an Account Manager or similar role.
- Experience at a top 50 commercial landscaping company preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP and or/ Field Service Management software solutions for the green industry.
- Strong customer experience and relationship development skills.
- Understanding of all associated machinery and trucks involved in landscape maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of landscape maintenance operations and efficiencies.
