Field Account Manager

Vanguard Cleaning Systems® of Wisconsin, an independently owned and operated Area Franchisor company, has an immediate opening for a talented Field Services Account Manager to join the team.

The Field Services Account Manager will focus on providing individual unit franchisees with ongoing business support and certification programs and with facilitating account management within the region. It is a position that requires a high degree of coaching/mentoring, professionalism, and a service orientation. The successful Field Services Account Manager will focus on frequent communication, development, and skills enhancement with unit franchisees. Territory growth through increased revenue streams at existing customers and referrals for new customers are also key components of the position.

The office is looking for a results-oriented leader with excellent training, developing and mentoring capabilities, as well as interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. This individual should also have a proven track record of customer service achievements. Leading others, with patience and tenacity, toward solving their own challenges is also a key attribute this individual should possess.

Pay:

· $55,000-$75,000/year

· Additional bonuses and commissions

Essential Functions:

• Mentoring Franchisees to grow their business and run their operations
• Uphold Vanguard Cleaning Systems® of Minnesota and Wisconsin Core Values
• Travel to account locations throughout our region (MKE 7-County Metro, Madison)
• Manage territory for high customer satisfaction and territory growth
• Utilize excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational and follow-up skills
• Collaborate with Regional Office team members and Unit Franchisees

Desired Experience/Skills

• Minimum two years prior successful customer service or account management experience (i.e., B2B, services)
• Experience in the commercial cleaning industry a plus
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills

• Proven Implementation/execution expert
• Proven attention to detail
• Strong listening skills
• Ability to work effective with our diverse set of franchise owners
• Creativity and ability to develop out-of-the-box solutions
