We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. To be successful in this role, you will display a compassionate nature, empathy, and discretion in your work. You should have excellent communication and time management skills. Prior experience in a pediatric medical setting is advantageous.
Your duties will include performing complex technical work to support the delivery of health care and autism treatment. This includes day-to-day operations including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans in medical, clinical, and community settings. This also includes creating and managing records, reports, and related documents, supervising and training assigned staff, working in a multidisciplinary environment with other professionals focused on the highest level of patient care and experience as well as ensuring compliance with medical and legal regulations and internal policies, and other such duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Master's degree
- Certificate of Clinical Competence
- State of MI SLP License
- Additional certification may be required.
- Relevant experience preferred.
- Must be able to physically play and assist patients.
- Fully up to date on all vaccinations, including COVID boosters
