Speech Analyst

The Speech Analyst will assist in the design and implementation of analytical solutions using a speech to text data mining software. The analyst will primarily work within the software but may be required to utilize other tools to help complete team projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Creation and editing of Voice Analytics categories, scores, and search syntax
• Build and customize ad-hoc analysis and long-term reporting solutions to support our business operations (sales effectiveness, compliance, and quality assurance) utilizing data analysis and visualization techniques via the Voice Analytics and Business Intelligence platforms.
• Responsible for conducting in-depth analysis compilation, validation, analysis and presentation.
• Identify and integrate various data sources from our CRM, telephony, and other sources.
• Analyze reports to monitor speech system performance.
• Perform general user management and maintenance
• Provide support for users of the Voice Analytics and Agent Scripting platforms
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, formulas, pivots, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, economics, mathematics etc. or relevant experience
• Speech Analytics software experience (preferably Voice Analytics)
• 1-year experience in the Medicare sales industry
• Experience in DOMO, Tableau, , and/or InContact or other telephony systems
• Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, C#, and/or Java

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
