Petco is a category-defining health and wellness company focused on improving the lives of pets, pet parents and Petco partners. We are 29,000 strong, working together across 1,500+ pet care centers, 250+ Vetco Total Care hospitals, hundreds of preventive care clinics, eight distribution centers and two support centers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess the needs of learners to create learning solutions that address business needs. (10%)
Collaborate with the Talent Development Team and subject matter experts to design and develop engaging and effective Learning Experiences. (15%)
Design and develop learning solutions in a variety of modalities and authoring tools, to include e-learning courses, leader and participant guides, process documentation, infographics and job aids. (30%)
Evaluate Learning Experiences to ensure they achieve desired results. (5%)
Update and improve existing learning content based on feedback from learners, subject matter experts and project sponsors. (15%)
Build course content/components into the Learning Management System, Workday Learning. (10%)
Prioritize and accomplish multiple projects and tasks within established timeframes. (15%)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field with specialization in instructional design, eLearning technology, communications, or training required.
- Skills and experience with the following technology applications: Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), Adobe Suite tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Zoom. Video editing software and graphic design experience are a plus.
- Additional skills include project management, effective communication, and creativity.

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
$64,800.00 - $97,200.00/ year
