ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

• Design and develop engaging and innovative digital learning solutions that align with Skechers global learning objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to analyze training needs and ensure all materials are instructionally sound and created with learner experience in mind
• Utilize instructional design principles to design storyboards, e-learning courses, workshops, etc.
• Develop e-learning courses using tools like Articulate, iSpring, etc.
• Develop instructional support resources including but not limited to tutorials, FAQs, and “How To” guides and other reference materials
• Manage the end-to-end learning design process, from needs assessment to evaluation, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate learning solutions into broader organizational goals
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning design to enhance the effectiveness of learning offerings
• Additional projects as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

• 5-7 years of relevant experience with a focus on e-learning development and design, creating scalable learning solutions
• Bachelor's degree in education, Psychology, Instructional or Graphic Design, or related field of study, relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of education
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning principles, and e-learning technologies
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing training projects from concept to delivery
• Strong working knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Storyline, etc.)
• Basic experience with LMS (Workday Learning preferred)
• Familiarity with global cultural nuances and the ability to create inclusive learning content a plus

Pay range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 annually.
