Specialist, Document Management

Title:

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

KBR is looking for a Document Management Specialist to provide general support to Project Managers and team members on the assigned project.

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Typical duties include processing and reporting of project data consisting of engineering and supplier drawings, technical specifications, purchase orders and other project-required documents.
• Coordination & input of information into various websites/platforms including data gathering, research, and distribution at the direction of project management.
• Conduct follow up on project deliverables.
• Updates and maintains project electronic Document Management system.
• Develops core competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems.
• Under direct supervision, performs support functions involving data entry and preparation of project documents to support DM responsibilities on the project.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Collaborative working style and team-player attitude.
• Communicating in a professional manner, both written and verbal.
• Updating and managing documents throughout the life of a project.
• Utilizing software to create and manage relevant information between project documents.
• Performing quality control to ensure accuracy, prior to customer delivery.
• Working with and managing project deadlines in an effective manner.

Preferred Education & Skills:

• Experience with public speaking
• Previous Document Management Experience is a PLUS
• Understanding work processes and lifecycle of documents
