Position Summary: Specialist, CRM Campaign Planning
The purpose of this job is to assist in the production of Email SMS Campaign plans for GC, MF, M A and WWBW. This function is responsible for assisting the Supervisor, CRM Campaign Planning in the development of email calendars and is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of campaign tickets so that our partners in Creative, Copy, etc. are able to properly plan their workload. This function is also responsible for reviewing campaign proofs to ensure that the Campaign Planning team's vision for a campaign is being accurately represented in the final work product.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
- Assist the Supervisor, CRM Campaign Planning in developing email and sms plans for GC, MF, M A and WWBW
- Manage the ticket creation process to request appropriate assets, copy and creative to support the email and sms campaigns
- Assist the Supervisor of CRM Campaigns in the presentation of CRM Campaign plans to business stakeholders on a weekly basis to obtain approval and alignment on CRM strategy
- Development of email testing plans as well as reporting on the results of these initiatives.

Requirements
Tojoinourband,you'llneedthefollowingexperience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications or other relevant subject matter.
- Valid state driver's license and automotive insurance.
- Ability to acquire work/travel documents (i.e., passport and visa) as required by various countries.
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience).
