About the Role-
- Become the payroll/compliance onboarding specialist for our new Build Back Better Initiative
- Manages and grows existing accounts, promoting additional services to existing clients
- Join and attend networking organizations and schedule weekly 1 to 1's with potential referral partners and clients
- Gathers information on potential clients. Examples include underwriting, onboarding, and information on prospects.
- We adhere to a clear 12-week planning and weekly review process. We attend weekly performance accountability meetings with the whole staff as well as weekly sales meetings.

- Payroll processing experience (preferred)

We are open to full time or part time candidates. Although we are remote, we are looking for a candidate in the Orlando, FL area.
Salary will be based on experience. Full time ranges from $40k to $45k plus bonus. Part time ranges from $18-$22 per hour plus bonus.
