Related is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant in West Palm Beach, FL! As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants through the leasing process, showcasing properties, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the success of our new development.
Building Information: Located in the heart of The Square, 575 Rosemary is a 21-story mixed-use property coming in 2024 featuring luxury rental residences and 35,900 square feet of best-in-class office space. With 360 state-of-the-art-rental residences and an amenities package boasting an outdoor sundeck with resort-style pool, grills, indoor-outdoor dining, yoga studio and fitness center plus entertainment lounge and reserve-able party spaces, 575 is destined to become West Palm's premier luxury residential address: 575 Rosemary.
As part of our dedicated leasing team, you will play a vital role in the lease-up phase of our residential property. This contract position offers a unique chance to contribute to the success of our communities during a critical phase of growth. Candidates should be enthusiastic about engaging with prospective tenants, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the leasing process until the lease-up is completed.
Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
Leasing Process
- Property Tours: Conduct personalized property tours, showcasing the unique features, amenities, and benefits of each residential or commercial unit.
- Tailor property presentations to match the needs and preferences of prospective tenants.
Prospective Tenant Interaction
- Greet and engage with potential tenants professionally and courteously.
- Address inquiries regarding leasing terms, rental rates, and community policies.
- Foster a positive and inviting atmosphere to create a memorable leasing experience.
Hospitality Focus/Customer Service
- Tenant Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their concerns, inquiries, and service requests promptly.
- Proactively engage with tenants to ensure a high level of satisfaction and address any potential issues.
- Conduct follow-up communications with prospective tenants to gauge interest, answer additional questions, and encourage lease applications.
Lease Agreements
- Lease Preparation: Assist in the preparation of lease agreements, ensuring accuracy in terms, conditions, and any special considerations.
- Clearly explain lease terms to tenants and address any questions they may have.
- Lease Execution: Guide tenants through the lease signing process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Marketing and Outreach
- Community Engagement: Actively participate in community events and local networking opportunities to promote the Related Companies' properties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective leasing strategies.
- Marketing Collateral: Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, online listings, and promotional campaigns.
Lease Renewals
- Tenant Communication: Initiate timely and proactive communication with existing tenants regarding lease renewals and options available.
- Facilitate discussions on lease renewal terms, rental adjustments, and any other pertinent details.
- Administrative Support: Collaborate with the leasing administration team to ensure seamless execution of lease renewals and related administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of lease renewal activities.
Market Analysis
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Provide recommendations to the management team for adjustments to leasing strategies based on market insights.
Administrative Support
- Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of leasing activities, including tenant interactions, applications, and lease agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations.
Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000/yr + Commission

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Possession of an active Real Estate License (required) or a willingness to obtain one promptly upon hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of leasing processes, real estate terminology, and fair housing regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours based on property needs.
