Essential Functions Statement(s)

Special Projects

· Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Special Projects or tasks, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

· Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with the organization's strategic objectives, identifying key deliverables and milestones.

· Prepare, evaluate, direct and complete action plans within the scope of the Special Project.

· Step in to support leadership by performing roles outside of typical project duties in the event of a staff absence or leave.

Board Engagement

· Assist with preparation and distribution of Board packet for Board of Directors meetings, member orientation, and tributes for departing Board of Directors members.

· Support Board committees in various capacities such as communication (internal and external), scheduling, providing information and/or opinions to help guide decision-making processes.

M&G Liaison

• Act as liaison and main point of contact for daily needs with an outsourced Accounting company and ensure that they have what is needed for timely financials.

• Make deposits of Small Steps funds on a timely and accurate basis.

• Process and distribute physical checks.

• Process semi-monthly payroll on a timely and accurate basis.

• Oversee management of retirement account contributions.

• Assess the work environment as to safety and diversity/equity/inclusion, and assist Director of People and Culture with strategy to make changes as needed.

• Provide support to Executive Director during planning and execution of key events and projects. y project goals, objectives, and deliverables

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project outcomes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Prepare and present project reports to management
