Form of work Somerset Berkley Regional School District is seeking a part-time Van Driver in the Southeastern Massachusetts/Rhode Island area to transport students with disabilities from their homes to the schools they attend. The schedule is approximately 18 hours/week, but may change with student need. The schedule is a split shift of morning, mid-day and/or afternoon hours depending on student schedule. Majority of work schedule will be 1.75 hours in the morning and 1.75 hours in the afternoon, Monday through Friday.
Summer work is required, depending on student needs. Applicant is required to attend school sponsored Crisis Prevention Intervention trainings in the event of student restraint and any other trainings as required by the Somerset Berkley Regional School District. JOB SUMMARY: Applicants must pass a drug screening check, a CORI background check and federal fingerprinting requirement, at their own expense.
