Fun Fluency teaches Spanish the way our brains were meant to learn it, through comprehensible immersion. Our multi-sensory language method combines movement, games, play, songs, rhythms, storytelling, and when age-appropriate reading and writing.

Fun Fluency is looking for a dynamic and energetic Spanish teacher to be trained and join our growing team.
We are currently hiring for a full-time Kindergarten through 8th Grade Spanish teachers to be placed in a private school.
Teachers are given and follow our proven lesson plans and receive all workbooks, props, materials, and support needed to be a successful teacher. Check out more about our methods at funfluency.com
Teachers receive training and on-going mentorship in our storytelling immersion methods.
We are seeking experienced, creative, organized, high-energy people that have a heart to teach Spanish. Previous teaching experience is required.
Teacher Qualifications
- Our ideal teacher has classroom teaching experience either in their home country or the U.S.
- Reliable and organized
- High energy; relates well with kids
- Quick learner
- Fluent Spanish speaker with strong English teachers
- Experience using computers and technology
- Must be able to drive to the school in Chicago
- Strong classroom management skills
Teacher responsibilities
- Teach students Spanish using given methodology, technology and lesson plans. We provide dynamic lesson plans, creatively designed Google Slides, online games, and animated videos with focus vocabulary to accompany all our lessons
- Teach a fun and structured class including Fun Fluency activities and songs/rhythms supported by Fun Fluency lesson plans, props and materials
