We are partnered with a large automotive company, focused in wholesale sales and repairs. The organization has just moved into a new 70,000 sq ft facility. Which allows for a greater volume of production and hiring capabilities. This position will be responsible for staffing skilled mechanics, electricians, paint professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- Research and develop incentive programs which reduce attrition rates
- Utilize a variety of recruitment tools, set up recruitment events, etc
- Onboard hired staff and document processes for organization improvement
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- 3+ years experience in fulfilling volume recruitment needs industrial an/or production related staff
- Autobody recruitment experience a plus
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
