SalaryWe are looking for a Sales Person for retail sales of the car dealership. We do Buy here Pay here and we do finance on the lot.
We sell Honda, Toyota, Lexus and Acura. Truck and sedan.
Needs to speak Spanish (Bilingual). Ideal candidate needs to be aggressive and driven! Experience in sales is a plus! This position is commision based.
Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities
- Greet and offer assistance to any customer who walk into the dealership
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain options, performance, application, and benefits
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Automotive Sales Consultant Qualifications
- Car sales experience is a plus!
- Must speak spanish
- Must have customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude and demeanor
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
- Strong phone skills and computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
