SalaryKB Law, PLLC is a boutique law firm in Minnetonka, MN offering compassionate legal help for a range of immigration matters as well as other legal issues. We are looking for a self-motivated, Spanish-speaking Front Desk Receptionist to ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management. You will provide a broad spectrum of administrative services under the supervision of an attorney and office manager.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and other administrative employees to enhance office effectiveness
- Handle communication with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel etc.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Respond to emails and lead inquiries in a timely manner
- Monitor deadlines, scheduling, and calendar maintenance
Skills
- Proven working experience as legal receptionist
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system a plus
- Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
- Computer literacy
- Working knowledge of case management software
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
