Job Description
We seek a Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Customer Service Representative! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing information about medical supplies for children and adults. These are NOT remote positions. However, this is located on the bus line.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to incoming calls from patients, providers, and other referral sources and gather information to identify the organization’s ability to meet the patient's needs, on a case-by-case basis.
- Complete intake order forms, identify coverage and ability to provide for service requested and log information into the charting system.
- Identify, establish, and maintain correct patient and service account information.
- Resolve patient complaints and coordinate correction of service to ensure service completion.
- Deescalate Customer Service calls and refer the caller to the appropriate department or person.
- Schedule deliveries, and pick-ups, and accurately record file maintenance or service changes.
- Effectively communicate with patients of various ages and populations.
- Accurately record every patient engagement in the corresponding patient information system.
- Maintain competency in incontinence coaching biannually.
- Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Function as an individual contributor to peers, department, and overall company.
- Must meet individual and departmental performance metrics as indicated by the manager.
- Participate in traditional and e-learning programs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-volume call center with a healthcare background
- Fluent in Spanish
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
