Position Description & Job Responsibilities
- Greeting clients as they enter the Facility.
- Providing clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features.
- Assisting clients and guests with proper equipment usage.
- Answering the telephone identifying yourself, your department, and offering assistance.
- Taking appointments either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area.
- Following daily checklist as provided by the Spa.
- Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security Department.
- Keeping the facility center clean, orderly, and well stocked with necessary items.
- Monitors the spa and fitness room for cleanliness, safety, and provides direction or instruction when appropriate.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Dependable and reliable.
