Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is nestled high atop the majestic San Bernardino Mountains at an elevation of 5,174’. This Resort is surrounded by an ocean of Ponderosa Pines and gives guests exclusive access to Lake Arrowhead, a reservoir with a surface area of 780 acres. Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Spa Receptionist/Attendant to join the team at Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa to greets clients and introduce the facilities and program components to individuals and groups.

Position Description & Job Responsibilities
- Greeting clients as they enter the Facility.
- Providing clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features.
- Assisting clients and guests with proper equipment usage.
- Answering the telephone identifying yourself, your department, and offering assistance.
- Taking appointments either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area.
- Following daily checklist as provided by the Spa.
- Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security Department.
- Keeping the facility center clean, orderly, and well stocked with necessary items.
- Monitors the spa and fitness room for cleanliness, safety, and provides direction or instruction when appropriate.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Dependable and reliable.
Job-Related Physical Requirements
Sitting, Bending Over, Crouching, Gross Motor Skills, Lifting up to 50 lbs., Far Vision & Hearing. Frequent Walking, Reaching, Manual Dexterity, Fine Motor Skills, Near Vision, Hand Eye Coordination and Color Recognition. Constant Standing
Environmental Factors include
Working; Inside and outside, Closely with others, Noise/Vibrations, Excessive Humidity and Dampness, with Chemicals/Detergents/Cleaners and Working Around Fumes/Smoke/Gas.
