Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, reliability and a friendly and positive demeanor is a must.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls in a friendly and polite manner.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with product demonstrations and technical sales support as needed
- Monitor and manage inventory stock levels
- creating emails
- assisting the spa manager on admin duties
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems for cash handling
- Fluent in multiple languages (Bilingual/Multilingual) is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in product demos or technical sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
