Receptionist

We are looking for a LONG TERM (Part time/full time ) receptionist to run our front desk. Multitasking & organization skills are essential for this position. This role requires evenings and Saturdays. It is somewhat a physical job, requiring you to unload orders, stock inventory, and laundry which is located in our lower level. Must be detail oriented to book for 7 stylists, and prior salon experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the salon.
• Keep up with laundry.
• Answer incoming phone calls, book and confirm appointments.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, coffee made, magazines neat.
• Keep up with salon inventory, and meet with sales reps.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.69 per hour

Experience:
