We’re Hiring a Spa Receptionist to Work the Front Desk at our Day Spa

Here at C’est La Vie Day Spa, we are looking for a Spa Receptionist with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people. The position is full time (Tuesday-Saturday).

C’est La Vie Day Spa offers results oriented services coupled with highly personalized care so that our clients can look and feel their best.

REQUIREMENTS

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

● Checking clients in and out of their services

● Answering phones to book appointments and handle clients requests

● Scheduling

● Running errands

● Stocking supplies

● Managing marketing flyers (Canva knowledge a PLUS)

● Ensure cash drawer is balanced correctly daily

● Updating clients file

● Track readiness of rooms

● Assist in retail sales

● Shared laundry responsibilities

● Assist in keeping Spa clean, tidy and regularly disinfected

● Beginning and end of day duties

The position requires:

● Impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with an excellent command of the English language

Compensation starts at $15/hour for the first 90-day probation period.

This is a full time position with some evening hours.
