Are you passionate about wellness and creating a positive employee experience? Atmosphere TV is seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee our Wellness Center in Austin, TX. As the Spa Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional spa services and promoting a healthy work-life balance for our employees and overseeing 10,000 square feet of space with 10 treatment rooms with services ranging from cold and hot plunges, infrared saunas, red light therapy, lifetime vibe, and compression therapy.
Must live in Austin, TX, or the surrounding area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the employee Wellness Center, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for all employees.
- Develop and implement spa programs, services, and activities that promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.
- Hire, train, and supervise a small team - Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for employees, encouraging their engagement and participation in wellness activities.
- Monitor and manage the spa's budget, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Collaborate with the HR department to develop wellness initiatives and programs that align with the company's overall wellness strategy.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Implement and enforce safety and health regulations, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and services into the spa's offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and prompt resolution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and techniques.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and memorable experience for employees.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of Employee Wellness and the importance of work-life balance.
- Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive spa environment.
- Proficiency in spa software and computer skills.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
