Medical Spa Operations Manager

The Medical Spa Operations Manager is a vital role in partnering with staff and management to support daily operations of the business. The role provides premier customer service to our guests, as well as maintain the consistent flow of general Spa Operations. This role is a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. Must have at least 2 years of experience managing a spa or Medical Spa.

· Willingness to learn all of our skin care lines and devices to provide counsel to patients in rebooking or consults.

· Support calls, texts, voicemails from patients for scheduling. Check out and rebook patients after their appointments.

· Support retail sales while in lobby.

· Actively book consults and appointments based on calls and leads coming in.

· Support creative brainstorming, coordination with vendors, support vendor payments, and execution of in-store events and product/ service launches.

· Manage CRM software leads and communication for AUSTEX Wellness.

· Support ownership in inventory management and back bar device inventory and ordering timing, to ensure accurate and appropriate amount of inventory needed based on future appointments.

· Willingness to learn and manage My Aesthetics PRO electronic medical records program

· Manages communication with our CRM software for all new patient leads

· To be highly visible and address concerns professionally and in a timely manner.

· Maintain strong relationships within med spa industry to bring new technology and products to AUSTEX.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
