This position is a split position. 50% will be as the Spa Coordinator and 50% as a Spa Housekeeper/Attendant
Position Summary:
- Provide guest with information and resources to prepare for a meaningful visit, schedule spa services in an efficient and polite manner.
- To provide a calm, relaxing, atmosphere for guests, club owners and customers.
- Provide directions or escort guests to Locker Room, provide spa tours
- Removes dirty laundry and collects dirty linens in guest areas and takes them to housekeeping area or laundry pick-up;
- Performs laundry duties, if applicable, including washing, drying, and folding linen;
- Becomes knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities in order to effectively communicate with members and/or guests;
- Restocks all linens in locker rooms and appropriate guest areas;
- Escorts members/guests to changing areas in a courteous and timely manner;
- Maintains the cleanliness and order of the facility to include sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, and taking out the trash;
- Greets each and every guest with a smile and direct eye contact;
Duties:
- Maintain positive rapport with members
High School diploma or equivalent, ability to read, write and speak English. One year of customer service related experience required. Friendly, energetic, dependable and customer oriented. Must be very detailed oriented and have the ability to work with a variety of customers, staff and management in a cooperative manner.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
