Opening spring 2023, the resort will feature 500 guest rooms and suites, 10 four-bedroom ranch houses, three pools, including an adults-only rooftop infinity pool, a destination spa, Lounge by Top Golf, and over 127,000-square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. An expansive retail and entertainment district will feature dining, shopping and an outdoor stage set to be activated for concerts and outdoor programming. The Resort will become a leading destination for golf providing an unparalleled experience for those who are advanced players, new to the game, and everything in between. The resort will offer 46 holes of golf designed by Beau Welling and Gil Hanse, including two 18-hole championship golf courses, a lighted 10-hole short course, and a lighted two-acre putting green.Job Description:
You will work as a part of the Spa therapy team to consistently provide the highest possible standard of guest service, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives. You will be responsible for scheduling spa appointments and maximizing spa service opportunities. You will be responsible for communicating spa promotions with guests and associates, up-sell, and provide tours of the spa.

Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a friendly and organized Spa Conciergeto join our team. Omni Frisco PGA Resort provides north Texas with 127,000 square feet of event space, 13 new food and beverage outlets, an extravagant spa and a full entertainment district. Featuring two championship 18-hole golf courses along with a third short course, we will provide incredible options for our guests and local community for dining, events, and entertainment.

Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out according to Omni standards
- Schedule spa appointments and accurately confirm them in accordance with Omni Hotels & Resorts Moments of Service.
- Up-sell, cross-sell, and pre-sell Mokara services and products.
- Provide tours of the spa and offer/serve beverages as needed.
- Assist in maintaining presentation and cleanliness of the spa and all of its areas.
- Communicate spa promotions with guests.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up all responsibilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Previous cashiering experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 30 lbs.
- Must have unexpired TABC – or obtain upon hire.
