Opportunity
Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Monitor staff to ensure all guest contact is handled in a courteous and professional
manner. - Serve as a role model for high standards in guest service, grooming and uniform standards, and spa service knowledge.
- Maintain neatness, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times. Supervise team members to include, but not limited to, scheduling, training, providing performance reviews, assisting in the hiring process, and administering disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Perform host tasks by escorting guests to respective areas within the spa.
- Greet people immediately upon arrival and confirm and check in their appointments.
- Answer questions about the spa and its services.
- Be courteous, professional and friendly when interacting with clients and associates.
- Resolve customer challenges. Assure guests you will do whatever you can to accommodate their needs.
This is a full-time opportunity working between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00pm, weekdays and weekends.
Skills/Requirements
- Must hold a high school diploma at a minimum, college or technical education preferred
- Prior supervisory, hospitality, and/or spa experience required.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The hourly range for this position is $20.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
