Spa Associate/Coordinator
Serenity Salt Spa is Harford County’s 1st Himalayan Salt Therapy and Wellness Spa with a high-growth, natural therapy facility located in Forest Hill.

Duties:
- Greet each customer professionally, escort all clients through the spa, and give spa tours when necessary.
- Answering telephones and tend to walk-in customers
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa's booking system
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer client inquiries and provide information about spa services and products
- Handle all POS transactions including opening and closing of the register.
- Promote and sell spa products, memberships, packages, gift cards, and specials
- Provide recommendations on additional services and products
- Maintain and ensure a clean, orderly, and organized spa environment and fully stocked shelves
- Manage Inventory and supplies
- Perform Administrative Tasks
- Cross-train and complete duties assigned by the Spa Manager.
- Assist with setting up, starting, and finishing treatments
- Coordinate Promotional Sales displays and actively find creative ways to market the spa.
- Data entry
Experience and Job Requirements
- Strong time management. multitasking and organizational skills are essential.
- Have at least a high school diploma or a GED.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or the spa industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Canva, and Facebook Business Suite, Constant Contact (willing to train)
- Previous Spa experience is preferred, but not required.

Candidates with certification in wellness or practitioners in licensed treatments and therapies are at an advantage and the tasks can be adjusted to ensure time for services
Spa Hours and Work Schedule
- Tuesday 11 a -7 p, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 10 a – 7 p & Saturday 9 a - 3 p.
- Schedules may vary to accommodate the opening and closing of the spa facility.
- Special Events may also affect schedules

The position starts at $12.50 per hour during training, with increase following.
