High quality, independent restaurant seeks energetic, experienced Line Cook with potential for Sous Chef Position.
Pay commensurate with experience.

Necessary skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership experience
- Knife skills and experience with basic cooking techniques
- Understanding of food sanitation procedures as well as personal cleanliness
- The ability to work quickly and neatly in a busy environment
- The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with kitchen team and front-of-house staff
- Reliable personal transportation to work, as we are located outside of New Paltz in Gardiner, NY
This position offers:
- Up to five day work week, Wednesday through Sunday
- Full-time + Overtime
- Four week Winter break, while restaurant is closed, from mid-December to mid-January.
