What We're Seeking:
- Culinary Experience & Scratch Kitchen Experience: 2+ years in a high-volume scratch kitchen. Proficiency in systems approach, team development, menu creation, and ServSafe.
- Leadership Abilities: We're looking for someone who doesn't just lead, but inspires. Your leadership will not only elevate our culinary team, but build out culture of teamwork.
