We are inviting you to apply for Sous Chef - Double Cut Steak House. In this position, you’ll support and assist the restaurant executive chef in the oversight of the restaurant operation. Your responsibilities include, assisting in the preparation of food items, directing culinary staff, ordering, and visually inspecting all food products to be served. You’re also responsible for assisting in ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
We do require that you have a background, consisting of a year or more experience in a high-volume restaurant, a year or more of culinary supervisory experience, inventory and purchasing knowledge and control and a proven ability to successfully control food costs.
