- Preparing food items, from mise en place to finished products according to the standards to the outlet.
- Prepared with the goal of serving foods of quality and value to our guests. Establish recipes which are too be followed and use without fail.
- Ability to authorize and issues complimentary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix which is part of the internal control section 465a.7.
- Prepare items according to production levels while maintaining and controlling costs on a daily basis which reflects business levels.
- Assists management with implementation and execution of sanitation laws, health regulations and applicable OSHA regulations to meet or exceed al sanitation and nutrition practices.
- Verifies that all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures are maintained.
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.
DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Minimum three years' experience in up-scale restaurants or banquet kitchens.
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications.
- Must complete all required company training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to receive a Pennsylvania Non-Gaming License.
