Our client is an industry leader, specializing in the sales and distribution of IT security solutions and manufacturing of industrial storage products, offerings the most cutting-edge products in encryption, network security, IoT security, and solid-state storage.
This is a hybrid position. You must be in Arizona and be able to be in the office for part of each week.

We innovate and create new technology security solutions compatible with existing technology, designed for small and medium-sized businesses.
Our SEs partner with Account Managers and develop solutions for our customers from known, branded software, hardware, and services. They work with network and security solutions to marry legacy technology with new technology and IT with OT.
Other responsibilities will include maintenance, system upgrades, and troubleshooting on these systems as well. As an Engineer at Envoy, you are responsible for driving the technical sales cycles to ensure customer success. This position is a blend of security engineering and customer success.
You Bring:
- Solid understanding of IT systems, networking, domains, and applications
- Ability to identify system faults, triage, troubleshooting, and see issues through to resolution
- Candidates should be able to react quickly, decisively, and deliberately in high-volume situations.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with internal and external customers while working on other
- 2+ years experience in security focused technology related work, including pre-sales systems engineer or customer-facing engineer work
- Experience selling network infrastructure-based security appliances (Firewalls, SSL/IPSec VPNs, security proxies)
- Understand what it takes to be a successful pre-sales systems engineer
- Startup mentality - whatever it takes
- Enthusiastic and charismatic presentation skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
