Job Description

The TA Services Technical Solutions Analyst will provide support to the business by isolating key technical/software/system issues, reviewing possible solutions, and presenting a recommendation. This position will require critical thinking, communication, and research skills. An ideal candidate will be knowledgeable on logistics software/systems and familiar with implementing technical solutions throughout a company.

Qualifications

• Work with stakeholders to develop a business requirement and provide innovative solutions 
• Help define and construct a centralized project repository used for storing project requirements, statuses, change requests, prioritization, and other key metrics.
• Work closely with business leaders to ensure requests meet the needs of the business and IT principals.
• Teams with Business Users to perform internal QA/testing prior to deploying solutions
• Assists with scheduling, deploying, and communicating of new or updated solutions with appropriate teams
• Understand how new or existing applications fit into current environment identifying risks, feasibility, cost, and compatibility.
• Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvements and innovation.
• Work with external vendors on development and defect resolution
• Create technical documentation for solutions and ensure all documentation is current, accessible, and understandable
• Keep current with supply chain industry trends to accelerate innovation solutions

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Logistics or similar analyst role
• Ability to deliver multiple projects with competing priorities 
• Excellent communication skills
• SQL
• Bachelor’s degree preferred 

Travel up to 25% of the time
