Solutions Architect

• As a Solutions Architect with a focus on SEG (Secure Email Gateway), you're a visionary and a problem-solver. You are passionate about leveraging your deep understanding of email security and SEG landscapes to architect and deliver cutting-edge solutions for our customers.
• With a knack for understanding complex technical environments and a customer-first approach, you excel at crafting tailored solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
• Your expertise in SaaS-based email security solutions positions you as a key player in driving our mission to enhance email security for businesses around the world.

• Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of email security technologies, including Mimecast, Proofpoint or CISCO. Familiarity with SaaS environments and cloud-based security solutions. Experience configuring and administering Microsoft security products (e.g. Microsoft Defender) is a huge plus.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer requirements and security challenges to design effective solutions. Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex technical scenarios.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Team-oriented, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results.

• Solution Design and Implementation: Architect and customize email security solutions that align with customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration into their existing IT infrastructure.
• Customer Engagement: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to engage potential customers, understand their security challenges, and propose effective solutions. Conduct presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the value of our solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on email security, providing guidance to both customers and internal teams. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to continually enhance our offerings.
• Collaboration with Product Team: Provide feedback from the field to the product management team to help shape future product development.
