DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on a wide variety of development, integration, analysis, and test/evaluation efforts.

• Design, develop, and deliver operational reports, dashboards, visualizations, data models and other solutions

• Work with stakeholders to determine business needs/problems Produce business requirements and technical specifications required to support operational reporting, analytics, and applications

• Develop and supervise a quality assurance process that reviews applications and reports

• Develop ETL procedures to migrate/load data

• Transform structured and unstructured data into a format that can be easily consumed and analyzed by developing, maintaining, and testing infrastructures for data collection and transformation.

• Document and maintain source code using change control software

• Work with analysts, developers, engineers, and others to triage application defects and issues

• Support OSA administrators, developers and data analysts on data initiatives and ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects.

• Foster cross-communication between IT and the business units

• Provide data management best practices for data and metadata required to support enterprise reporting

• Team with DBA to establish additional data sources and ensure data consistency and availability

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other federally and State required data policies/best practices

• Develop training materials and provide training specific to reporting needs

• Test customer requirements and use cases.

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with data analytics, reporting, and database management practices.

• Hands-on experience with SQL database and object design.

• Demonstrated experience working with SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server Integration Services.

• Experience working with QlikSense, QlikNPrinting and Microsoft PowerBI

• Technical experience in data integration (ETL, API).

• Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business problems.

• Strong knowledge of the System Lifecycle Development Cycle (SDLC)

• Good understanding of agile principles and development methodologies.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Can convey complex and technical business issues to diverse audiences.

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstrated experience in the following areas will also be important considerations:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems.

• One to three years of job experience in a similar role.

• Experience working with Microsoft cloud technologies: Dynamics 365 and Power Apps

• Experience working with source control technologies: Azure Dev Ops and GitHub

• Background in application, reporting, and solution development.

• Experience developing data infrastructure architecture strategies and roadmaps.

• Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring, and generation of stored procedures and functions.

• Ability to use analytical techniques such as critical and conceptual thinking to objectively analyze situations.

• Solid customer service and relationship management skills.
