Description
- Contribute to problem and solution discovery efforts by conducting internal stakeholder and client interviews and research
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are ultimately delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Collaborate with Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing in development of feature descriptions and new release content
- Conceptualize, prioritize, and write succinct product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for one or more of our products.
- Collaborate with UX team members, participate in end-user discovery/shadowing to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Engage with solution marketing to promote innovation and differentiation from competition by collecting quantitative product data and metrics through market research
- Perform utilization analytics and invest focus in user engagement tools to consistently aim for best-in-class user delight.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree of equivalent work experience
Basic
- At least 5 years of consulting or software solution-related work experience
- At least 3 years of health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience
- Proven track record of project managing the entire lifecycle of software-related projects
- Familiarity with market research, consumers' behavior, and marketing techniques
- Results-driven with great communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams
