Responsibilities:

As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will:

1. Attend comprehensive training sessions to learn about our products, services, and sales processes.
2. Engage with potential customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, social media, and events.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solar energy solutions based on their requirements and energy consumption patterns.
4. Collaborate with our in-house lead generation team to close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
5. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, government incentives, and financing options.
6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging referrals.
7. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and providing support throughout the sales and installation process.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new information and techniques.
6. Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
7. Experience in sales, customer service, or renewable energy industry is a plus but not required.
