Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their solar energy needs
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the available products and services
- Provide accurate and detailed information about solar system options, pricing, and financing options
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the installation process and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations related to solar energy

Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Proven experience in technical sales or customer service roles
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire others
- Knowledge of solar sales or energy sales is highly desirable

Pay: $113,768.00 - $231,705.00 per year
