Responsibilities:

✅Inspire homeowners about the benefits of energy efficiency and Renewable Energy solutions.

✅Conduct comprehensive assessments of energy consumption in residential properties, providing insightful recommendations.

✅Propose innovative energy-efficient enhancements, such as solar panels, car chargers, batteries, insulation, and smart home technologies.

✅Cultivate your client base through proactive networking, referrals, and outreach, leveraging your self-driven approach.

✅Assist homeowners in navigating incentives, tax credits, and financing options available to them.

✅Collaborate closely with a passionate team to achieve sales targets and champion sustainable practices.

Requirements:

Proven success in sales, specifically in commission-based roles within energy or home improvement sectors (e.g., real estate, roofing, HVAC, construction, windows, doors, lawn services, pest control). Relevant experience in travel sales, marketing/advertising, financial services, timeshare sales, insurance, and automotive sales will also be considered.

✅Proficiency in autonomously generating leads and building meaningful relationships.

✅Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a keen business sense.

✅Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Compensation:

This role operates entirely on commission, without a base pay, hourly, and/or salary. The earning potential is substantial, with consultants typically achieving commissions ranging from $84,000 to $300,000 or more based on individual sales accomplishments.
