We are currently seeking ambitious Solar Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team.
Location: Remote (Preferably based out of AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, MA, ME, MD, MO, MT, NC, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, PR, RI, SC, TX, UT, VT, WA, WI)
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers, guiding them through the process of converting to solar energy.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Stay updated with the solar industry trends, and the state and federal solar incentives to provide accurate information to clients.
- Communicate effectively with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Must be US-based and a US citizen to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
Training:
At Bobcat Solar LLC, we believe in empowering our team with the knowledge and tools necessary for success. We provide comprehensive training through prerecorded videos, 1-on-1 live Zoom calls, and live group Zoom training sessions to ensure you’re well-equipped to excel in your role.
Compensation:
Our competitive compensation package includes:
- A 70/30 commission rate on self-generated leads.
- Opportunity for leads to be provided after achieving certain sales milestones at a reduced commission rate.
